Making A Purchase


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments via PayPal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept all cards via PayPal. 

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.



In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna. Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Shipping And Handling


Second Class delivery to Mainland UK is £2.95 on orders under £30, and free on orders over £30.

First Class delivery to mainland UK is £4.95 on all orders.

If you have been a member of our Savers Club for more than three months, all your orders will be shipped for free - the cost of standard second class postage will be automatically deducted at checkout before you pay.

Eligable Savers Club members can also choose to upgrade to first class post for £2 at checkout.


Click and Collect

We are pleased to offer Click and Collect.

To use this facility just choose the ‘Click and Collect’ delivery option at checkout.

We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect, which you MUST bring with you (or give to the person picking up the order) as your proof of authorisation to collect the order.

Please do not attempt collection before receiving this email, the premises are not staffed at all times, and we need to see a copy of your email to release the order to you.

Click and Collect orders will usually be available for collection from the next working day between 10am-1pm, but during busy periods it might be from 48 hours.

Click and Collect orders are held for 2 weeks, and if not collected in this time, will be cancelled and refunded. If you have a difficulty collecting and wish us to hold for longer, please contact us.




We will normally send your order within 24/48 working hours, but may take longer during busy periods, or if an item you have purchased is a pre-order item.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.


During periods of extreme hot weather, we may delay posting orders which contain chocolate. Please do bear in mind that even in warm temperatures, chocolate can melt if left parcels are not immediately brought into a cool place, and it is possible chocolate may soften during the normal delivery processes. By placing an order by post over the summer months, you are accepting this potential risk and we are not liable for any chocolate which may arrive mishapen or soft from the temperatures and delivery process. We would reccomend that if your chocolate is delivered on a hot day, that you do not handle it too much, but leave it in a cool place. 



Returning Goods


Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery.

Mystery Bundles and Special Orders are a bespoke service and as such are non-returnable unless for reason of a fault. 

To return goods, you must first contact us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you and we will issue you with a Returns form to use. 

You can return your goods within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind. The return postage is at your own cost, and goods must returned in as-new saleable condition, tags still attached. ( Please note bespoke compiled items such as Mystery Boxes are non returnable )

Any free items sent with your order must be returned if the whole order is returned, If part of the order is returned, any free items must be returned if remaining order value is below the threshold required to claim the free gift. We reserve the right to deduct the value of the free items Recommended Retail Price RRP from the refund if they are not returned with the order.

Any returned items will need to have been received at BeauBaba before a refund will be issued. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should ensure adequate postal insurance to cover their value. 

If you are returning an item due to a fault or incorrect item having been shipped, we will cover the cost of 2nd class return postage, your return postage will be refunded once the item has been established as faulty - this may involve technicians from the suppiler analysing the item, so may take several days.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.


Free Gifts

Qualifying spend must be AFTER any discounts are applied.

BeauCoins do not count as discount, so as long as your order meets the above conditions, payment or part payment in BeauCoins does not affect you receiving your free gift.

Free gifts are eligible with payment plans and Klarna too

If items from an order are returned, which takes the order value beneath the threshold for a free gift, either the gift must also be returned, or the RRP of the item will be deducted from the refund for return.

Free gifts are available while stocks last.


Back Orders


If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Tax Charges


All orders are inclusive of VAT.



Rewards Point Scheme

The scheme is limited to one account per household, multiple accounts may result in closure of accounts and withdrawal of points from all accounts.

For every £10 spent, acount holders will earn 50 BeauCoins. Sale items are excluded from the rewards point scheme for earning them. BeauCoins can be spent on sale items

Points earnt may be changed or amended at our discretion at any time. Points purchased through our Savings Club will have their value protected at all times.

Account holders must be logged in to their accounts when they place their order to earn their points, points cannot be added on manually at a later time. 

Cancelled orders will not have reward points used added back to the account.

Points earnt must be spent within 12 months, else they will be removed from the account. Points can be held for longer than 12 months if the loyalty account holder is part of our 'BeauBaba Saving Club' or has been in the previous 12 months. Account holders must contact us to arrange this.

Account holders who make no purchases for 12 months will be desginated as lapsed, and their account membership benefits, including accumulated points, will expire. 

Reward points have no cash value. 


BeauBaba Savings Club

Our Savings Club helps spread the cost of purchases, while also rewarding our members.

We use PayPal to process Savings Club subscription payments.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your BeauBaba account. You are responsible for this.

There are no purchase restrictions, you can spend your BeauCoins on anything you choose.

Savings Club members will have access to special promotions and offers.

For BeauBaba Savings Club members who have been on a subscription plan of £25 a month or more, for a minimum of three consecutive months, you will automcatically become a BeauBaba Bud, with added benefits.

For BeauBaba Savings Club members who have been on a subscription plan of £25 a month or more, for a minimum of six consecutive months, you will automcatically become a BeauBaba BFF, with even further added benefits.

If you cancel your Savings Club subscription, you will lose BeauBaba Bud/BFF benefits.



BeauBaba Christmas Club

Our Christmas Club allows you to make a payment plan for goods you wish to purchase for Christmas.

To set up a Christmas Club, just add the goodies you would like to your basket from the website as normal, and at checkout choose ‘Christmas Club’ as your payment option.

Minimum order for a Christmas Club is £50. The option at checkout will not show if your order is below this.

Once you have put your order through, we will then set up your Christmas Club as an invoice on PayPal.  You pay a non-refundable 20% deposit on the invoice to confirm your Club, and then the rest as you wish, between now and 20th November 2021.

Invoices are raised via PayPal manually, so any orders placed on an evening or over a weekend will be created the next working day for your deposit payment. Due to the huge amount of admin involved in managing the Christmas Clubs, deposits must be paid within 48 hours or the Christmas Club will be cancelled.

Deposits are non-refundable, but if you wish to exchange any items on your Christmas Club, please let us know as early as possible, so we can see what we can accommodate.

If you decide to cancel a Christmas Club, you will not receive back the 20% deposit. If you wish to cancel or return specific items of your Christmas Club, you will lose the 20% deposit paid for those items. 

If you set up a Christmas Club and then later decide you would like to add additional items to it, just pop a message to us through our Facebook page or to shop@beaubaba.co.uk with the details of what you would like to add, and we will organise it for you. 

You earn BeauCoins on Christmas Clubs as normal, as long as you are logged in when you place your order. These are allocated to your account once your order has shipped.

We ship all your goodies from the end of November, as long as your invoice has been settled in full, in plenty of time for Christmas.

If you want your Christmas Club to be shipped at any other time, you MUST advise us at the time of setting up your club, by messaging our Facebook page @beaubabashop or emailing us at shop@beaubaba.co.uk

Christmas Club is for non-clothing goods only. If you add clothing to your Club, it will show on your order but the system will NOT have allocated you the goods and we will not put them on your Christmas Club invoice. Please use a standard payment plan for any clothing orders.

Discounted items are not permitted on Christmas Club due to the amount of admin involved in running the Clubs, the length of time we store your goods and our associated costs with both those things. If you add a sale item to a Christmas Club, we will add it to your invoice at RRP.

We do not know whether supply over Autumn/Winter will be disrupted by Covid or any other factors outside of our control. Should the impact of Covid make supply of an item in your Christmas Club impossible, we will give you as much notice as possible and work with you to find a replacement.



BeauBaba Special Orders

We are happy to order goods in for our customers, from suppliers, where it is possible. 

Please note, any goods ordered in especially for a customer are classed as a bespoke special order, and are therefore non-returnable, unless for reason of a fault. 


BeauBaba Payment Plans

Our payment plan option allows you to reserve your goods and make payment for them over 8 weeks. 

A minimum spend of £30 is required to use the Payment Plan facility. 

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a PayPal invoice to the address you supplied when placing your order. Your payment plan is confirmed once you have made a 20% deposit, which is non-refundable.

If you decide to cancel a Payment Plan, you will not receive back the 20% deposit. If you wish to cancel or return specific items from your Payment Plan, you will lose the 20% deposit paid for those items. 

Deposits must be paid with 48 hours of the payment plan invoice being sent, or they will be cancelled.

The balance of the payment plan must be paid within 8 weeks, otherwise the order may be cancelled and deposit held. 

We reserve the right to refuse a payment plan.

If we deem a customer to have abused the terms of our payment plan offer, they will not be eligible for the use of the facility again in the future. 

To set up a payment plan, please just choose the option at checkout. 


BeauBaba Reviews


You can now earn BeauCoins by sharing your knowledge and writing product reviews about goodies you have bought from BeauBaba!

For every qualifying 3 reviews, you earn 100 BeauCoins. 

You can earn a maximum of 100 BeauCoins a day from writing reviews.     

You MUST be logged in before you submit your review in order to receive your BeauCoins!

All submitted reviews are authorised by one of the BeauBaba team, so please allow 1-3 working days for your review and any associated BeauCoins earnt, to be applied.


What qualifies you to earn BeauCoins for reviews?

The reviews must be for goods you have purchased from BeauBaba.

To qualify for the BeauCoins reward for your review, the main content must include at least 30 words and be judged as helpful for other prospective shoppers.

Anyone deemed to be abusing the BeauBaba Reviews scheme will be excluded from participating again, and potentially have their BeauBaba account closed.

BeauBaba reserve the right to amend the workings and earnings of the review scheme at any time.



Twins Trust discount at BeauBaba

If you have an active Twins Trust membership, you are eligible for special Twins Trust discounts on purchases with us too. We offer:

  • 20% discount on purchases of clothing.
  • 10% discount on purchases of toys, nappies, baby carriers and all other non-clothing goods.

No discount will be given on sale items, gift vouchers, mystery bundles or savings clubs; or in conjunction with any other promotional discount.
