Similar to a Jalfrezi, this versatile spice blend can be easily adapted to your favourite curry dishes. Or add fresh chillies to add an extra bite if you love a Madras.

Cooking Tips: If you are in the mood for a sizzling Jalfrezi, our founder Shelly suggests adding a can of tomatoes during step 2 for ultimate tomato tanginess. Delicious!
